Psalidakis, Zoulianakis.

Psalidakis from Heraklion/Lasithi prefecture.

Zoulianakis (perhaps from Zouliana? (Rethymnon)

I forgot to mention the following:
Eugenios I (Psalidakis) was the Metropolite of Crete 1950-1971, died 1971 in Heraklion.
Zoulianakis is a Venetian family living in Crete. The original name was Julio (Giulio) same family as the previous leader of New York "Giuliano", etc etc.

CHANGES: I am wrong. The name Zoulianakis may exist in Crete (I have no record of it) but in your case the correct spelling of the name is Zoulinakis (Tsoulinakis - Tzoulinakis) which I know it exists. The original name - 15th century - was Zoulinos. The origin is, as mentioned above, from Julio (Gulio), etc etc
