The name "Parr" and the name "Paraskevopoulos" are not connected anywhere. The immigration records mention the name "Parras" only once, the rest is PAPPAS. Parras is connected with Paraskevopoulos in some cases. For example this obituary:

Karathanasis was born Feb. 6, 1932, in Athens, Greece to George and Georgia Paraskevopoulos. She was a member of the Ladies Philoptochos, Calavryta Fraternity and the Prophet Elias Mr. & Mrs. Club. She worked as an interior decorator.
Karathanasis is survived by children, Evan (Dorothea) Karathanasis of Scarsdale, Georgia (Jim) Gounaris of New Hyde Park and Maria (John) Gisondi of Harrison; nine grandchildren; and siblings Christos (Eleni) Parras of Yonkers, Peter Parras of Cleveland, Ohio, Gregory (Evie) Parras of Athens and Tasos (Lela) of Athens. Helen was predeceased by her parents; and husband, Nicholas.

The name PARR should be judged as is. Parr
