Hello,

I was born, and i still live into this city.
Whos vital records are you trying to get, her parents?

As they born her in the 90s, they must be about 40 or 50+ now, so their vital records are stored in the townhouse of the city they were born in. I am not entirely sure if they are to provide data of people that are still alive. If they were born in the city you said, you could try contacting the townhouse, at primaria@primariadrobeta.ro but i am not entirely sure if they know English.

Documents older than 100 years of the entire county (Mehedinți) are moved to the national archives.
You may contact them at mehedinti.an@mai.gov.ro to get more informations about her great-grandparrents, if you know their name, year of birth, and location,

The people from the N.A have answered me with a message written in Romanian, and English, so i guess they may know English..

Good luck,
Dragos.
