Daphne, I have information about Arthur de Cernea, born Philadelphia 1806, parents French, parents made trip back to France and lost at sea in about 1815, Arthur de Cernea had stayed behind in Pennsylvania, adopted by a local farmer and family, grew up to be a famous physician with a famous architect son, Thomas Lester Cernea.
