Stari Trg is the name of a village. Krajsko translates to Carniola which was the old name for Slovenia. I'm assuming v.(in) dol pri(by) Stari Trg. I checked a map and couldn't pinpoint a Dol pri Stari Trg. It's possible it's so tiny it doesn't appear on the map.
