Hello, I am looking for my family in the Ukraine. Specifically I would like to build an accurate tree and make a CD of images to share with my extended family.

I am a little overwhelmed by primary research as records for most years are missing.

"My" Polevoys owned a general store in Talne, probably from 1870-1893. I do not know if there are records of businesses.

I know there were four Polevoys born in my family between 1882 and 1893--I have their names.

I would welcome advice, especially if you have looked in a town nearby.
