I am hoping that someone can help me move forward in my research. I am trying to locate information regarding my great-grandfather, Wasyl (Basil) Worobiec, born in 1876 in Stryj, Poland (Ukraine?). According to my grandmother, he disappeared during the early days of WW1 (abt 1914) in Stryj. His was married to Eufrosina Opryszko. Any information or suggestions are greatly welcomed.
