Trying to find biological family information in regards to Dmitry. All I know is that he was born June 19,1998. He arrived at the Khankov Children's Home #1 on August 30, 2001 from the Kharkov Infants Home #1, where he had been from the age of one year and ten months.  I have no other info so anything will help.
