Surnames: Letschuk - Lesczuk = Лещук (pronounced Le-schuk)
Eliprilifar is a poor translitertaion (sounds-like) of a given name that was taken out of Orthodox or Byzantine Rite Greek Catholic Calendar of Martyrs and Saints. When Eliphilar was born, he was baptised within ten days of his birth and named by the priest after the saint du jour as per the Julian Calendar. You will need to find and examine the Russian Othodox or Byzantine Rite Greek Catholic Synaxarium. Just GOOGLE for JULIAN CALENDAR FOR MARTYRS AND SAINTS.

Start w/this site. Examine the entire calendar for something that might be close to what you have. Different calendars have different names.
