YOUNGSTOWN – Private services were held for Rose H. Gagyi, 92, formerly of Weston Avenue, who passed Tuesday morning (31 July 2012) at Pembrooke Place Nursing Center, Youngstown, Ohio
.

Rose was born Oct. 20, 1919, in Youngstown, Ohio a daughter of John and Anna Galombossy Gagyi.

She loved her home, books, animals and birds and enjoyed sweets, especially jelly doughnuts.
Rose was a member of Wm. Penn Branch No. 28 and was a Protestant.

Rose is survived by a sister, Martha A. Gagyi of Youngstown, Ohio; a nephew, John Gagyi; a niece, Lisa Hilbig; and four cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tuger, Alex Tuger and Helen Boz.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Benjamin Gagyi; and a sister, Olga Gwinnup.
