Hi, Your Drosch sounds a lot like my Drobsch, also spelled Drubich, Drubicz, and Trubitz. Remember, yiddish wasn't written in Cyrillic or Julian it was in Hebrew so there are no good translations in some records. I'm a Great-Granddaughter of Zlate Drubitch, from lubar. It's not an uncommon name and Beni and Sara Drubicz came to the US in 1908 and 22 respectively from lubar. Play around with the name some and see if that can't get you somewhere.
