Family name Riesz from Silzbacs/Pinzced

Surnames: Reisz, Feiling, Shram, Yudemier
I am researching family name Riesz from the Silzbacs/Pinzced (Bacs Bodrogh county) region of Hungary around 1900 but now in Serbia. Peter and Adam immigrated to USA around 1907. They list birthplace as Silzbacs and last resided in Pinzced, Hungary.
Hungarian researchers say that they do not have access to records from this region because it now lies in Serbia.
