are sure to have arab ancestors? In east Spain -Catalonia and Valencia- hundreds of Gomar, but nothing to do with
arab. it comes from germanic- gothic Gott (god) and Mar (famous). indeed there are strange coincidences like the french and also indian Suchet. Where are you from?
