El-Ajou Family Tree/Lineage

Im looking for the proper family tree or family lineage of El-Ajou family originally from El-Lod/Ramleh area in Palestine. They are a big family in Saudi Arabia owning multiple Businesses and have close relations with many Saudi officials. I heard that they are descended for Al-Husseini family line through Arafat (Descendants of the Prophet PBUH). I would like to know if that is true and Would like to gain more info about my family's past and their lineage.
