MIA 49th Battallion CEF WWI
I am involved in a research project on Canadian WWI Missing In Action soldiers.
I have their attestation papers. They were reported "MIA" 9 June 1917 near Vimy Ridge (Avions) France.
Presently looking for any information on the following:Private Cottrell (Thomas Edwin) Corporal Watson (James Frederick Trevail) Private Perry (John) Private Peterson (Herbert) Private Glass (William) Private Lawless (Thomas) Private Macdonald (Alexander Ross) Private Melnichuk (Steve) Private Cosman (Justin Wilfred) Private Knibb (Harry) Private Lepore (Henry) Private Roxburgh (Wallace) Private McManus (Frank) and Private Slye (Samuel James)
