Terry, pls disregard most of the info in my last 2 msg. lol. I have since took a tour through all of the correspondence posted over the years with regard to the same and found that I know absolutely nothing of anyone prior to Antoine of 1808 or 1816. My grandfather William (Billy) Blyan b: 1881 had his father Felix b: 1856 raise his children after his 1st wife died. One of the boys Felix raised is still living and is 90 years young and remains of sound mind living in Pierceland. This is the reason that I am so surprised, up until say 10 years ago we didn't know that there was any other name than Blyan used and belived that Felix was an only child. I have just begun tracing my roots and would appreciate any assistance you can provide as it would appear your skills are extensive based on what I have read. I am very interested in the connection between antoine and big bear as i didn't see any siblings listed anywhere.
