Robert [Bob}CHMELYK -Born 1941 Vancouver B.C. passed away suddenly March 28,2008.

Bob was the son of John [Iwan]CHMELYK born in Krakow Alberta and Anna CZECH [born in Bila Chortkiv]

John was the son of Pioneers Yakym CHMELYK,and Julia [Ilushka]YUZDA -both born in Bila,Chortkiv,Ukraine.
Yakym and Julia immigrated to Canada in 1898 with son Nicholas. and farmed in the Mundare/St.Michael area till their passing. Raising family Nicholas,John,Anastasia,Katherine and William.
Three young daughters deceased pre 1906. Still searching.
