If you go to the link below to the Island Register website on their lineage page…then scroll down to person #7 (which is Sarah BALL married to Robert WHITE) it will give her details of born in PEI and died in Edmonton and where she is buried and location). The researcher only listed one child for them from their findings looks like your Theophilus James WHITE.

Although the person who posted the page didn't show Theophilus's wife's name he did list Theophilus's children.
