The Master Surname Index (not online) (mostly burials in Alberta cemeteries) of the Alberta Genealogical Society lists 30 HAMMEL, 100 HAGEL, 20 VETER names, including;
Louis Ed. HAGEL, 3 Aug 1919 - 16 Nov 1978
Anna Mary HAGEL, 1919 - no date
in the St Mary Catholic cemetery at Beiseker.
