I am looking for a birth certificate and death certificate for Forest Van Wyk who was born in 1930 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and died in 1931 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. His parents were Geraldine Lavina Judkins and Marius Van Wyk. His grandmother was my great aunt, Elsie (Eleanor) McPherson. Her daughter was Geraldine Van Wyk. I have found that he had two siblings, Robert and Phyllis. I don’t have any dates for the siblings although I believe Forest was the first born.
