Surnames: Perrier

I would like more information about this barbershop which I have been told was owned by an ancestor of mine in 1908. Could anyone tell me more about this business and about Albert Perrier (Adelbert) who at some point changed his name to Du Perrier. Is there a city directory or anything that would help?
