Barnes and Andrew Clyde BROOKS
The finding aids of the Alberta Genealogical society lista a Barnes BROOKS, 1866 - 1951 buried in the Westlock cemetery at Westlock Alberta.
Then checked the "Canada National Archives" website and found Barnes D. BROOKS and Andrew Clyde BROOKS had applied for homesteads which are 3 miles South West of the Spirit River. The BROOKS name does not appear on today's County map of the area. You can find this website by doing a search on those 3 words, then click on Dominion Land Grants. Also you can find links as to where you can order copies of the documents of these homesteads.
I did not check to see who is buried next to Barnes BROOKS.
