Surnames: ALMONITIS
The Master Surname Index (not online) (mostly burials in Alberta cemeteries) of the Alberta Genealogical Society lists some only these only these 2 names;
Alexander ALMONITIS, died 22 Aug 1977 age 67 yrs (Pte #C32997, RCEME) buried in St Joseph RC Cemetery Spirit River.
Edward W. ALMONITIS, died 9 Mar 1979 age 65 yrs (Pte Loyal Edmonton Reg.) buried in the Grande Prairie Cemetery.

or a "Certified Photographic Print of the Registration of Death" which usually gives more information than that fancy Certificate.
