Thank you for your suggestions. I'm currently working on another family branch and the Billeys have been set aside on my desk for right now. It's funny how replies can pop up after a long time!
I did get a copy of Nancy's obit and the story from Dreams & Destinies. When I get the chance to get back to this side of the family, I'll really need to try to find and get in touch with the living family members.
