I am looking for information on William George Parish, he homesteaded in Township 19 Range 24 W4 and there is a W G Parish in the index of Wheat Country a history of Vulcan and District. vol 1. Surfing the web I also find there is a Wm Parrish in the index of Settlers and Early Purchasers of Land in the Arrowwood District. Could these men be related to William George Parish who went to British Columbia in about 1904 and resided at Langley Prairie until his death in 1952? William George Parish of Langley Prairie's death registration indicates he came to Canada in 1888...and that he was the son of a William George Parish Sr. and wife Sarah. William George Parish Sr was of English ethnic origin and Sarah (Duff or Duffy) was Irish. Any information on the Parish family of the Vulcan District would be greatly appreciated
