Taking a long shot in the dark here...

My grandparents and my father immigrated to Canada from Yugoslavia, were German speaking, and spent their early years in Warner before leaving to go to Ontario with other relatives.

Grandpa arrived in 07/1929 and Grandma and my father would have come in 08/1930. I belived they stayed until at least 1935 or 1936.

The family name has morphed over the years, being spelt
Subity ,Szubity, Subitsch, Szubitsch,

My Grandfather was Johann later John and was 31 or 32 years of age

Grandmother Paula or Pauline and would have been

My dad was Nick or Nicky, Nicklas and was 8 when he lived arrived.

Grandpa was a carpenter, and family story was he worked for a butcher to raise the rest of the money to bring Grandma and my dad over. .

Any references to them would be really appreciated.
