Hello
There is a volunteer online that has the book,
on this web page - her name is Shirley

It's difficult to find the books for sale, although one can always check bookfinder.com or ebay.
If you live in Canada, one can order it through interlibrary loan at your local library with your library card.
You could also contact the Alberta Genealogical Society,Edmonton Branch
