The Master Surname Index (not online) (mostly burials in Alberta cemeteries) of the Alberta Genealogical Society lists 40 Buxton names among them are;
Agnes Edith Buxton, 1886 - 28 Nov 1959
Arthur John Buxton, 1876 - 27 Jun 1978
both buried next to each other in the Blue Ridge cemetery at Blue Ridge.
