Yes that is Ted's phone number. And the out going message does state 'James.'I have told Ted that you will be contacting him and he seamed interested in talking to you. I call him every day a 7:30 PM and will mention tonight that you would like to set up a specific time to talk.

Ted rarely is out in the evening and stays up late if you want to try calling him again. It is strange Ted has not mentioned that he got a message from you, which I think he would have since we talked about you and his family for some length of time. I'll check to see if he got the message you left. And let you know if I can get him to commit to a specific time to call.
