Hi, Sorry I can't help with this reasearch - There are many people in the same situation - some fathers walk away from a marriage - othrs from a relationship.-

Re the Registration of Birth. The ones that I have - Long form Regs. Show the Maiden name of the mother - her place of birth- Name of the father - unless he refuses to be names or the mother refuses to name the father.
Shows how many children were born to the mothr - live births - stillborns etc - Don't see grandparents.

MArriage Registrtion / Long Form Certificate - will show the names of both sets of parents including maiden name of the mothers - place of birth of the parents.
