Hi Chris;
I was just browsing through the Maedel message board and thought I'd send you a line or two.
My grandfather Herman Maedel is your great grandfather's brother (Charles).
I have some information from your cousin Reita and I'm hoping I can compare notes with her.
I just thought you might be interested to know that my nephew's name is Christopher Maedel as well. His great great grandfather was Paul. That makes you third cousins.
You must be very proud of your ancestors. I think it is awesome to have your last name on a Pepsi bottle!
