If this is a family member for you then they were still in Manioba in 1903. Here is a Birth for Mable Irene Jewell on March 1, 1903, in the R. M. or Rhineland on the Manitoba Vital Stats. site. It listes her mother as Elizabeth Wright. and was registered in 1968.

Here is some information on the R. M. of Rhineland which is just south west of the town of Morris Manitoba.

As you will see Morris is not to far.

Also if they were living in Morris East, Provencher District that means that they would be living on the East side of the Red River at the time. Their are also Jewell births in the R. M. of Montcalm which is also closet to morris and stradles the river on both sides. However I didn't see any for the R. M. of Morris.
