Have you tried the Manitoba Post adoption registry yet? If you haven't,go to 114 garry street and in writing request they do a search for him. They, at the very least have to give non pertinent info. about this person,as Manitoba is far behind other provinces in regards to open adoption info. Also there is a site in Winnipeg called Links that the co-ordinator Roy Kading can post your request and maybe can help. Sincerly,Wayne
