Hi Mike, When you order:
Request the Long Form - Death Registration/ Long Form Certificate / Genealogical Certificate of Death
This will have all of the personal information required at the time - as known to the informant.

The short form Certificate is an extract of basic information taken from the registration - good for proof of an event - without giving personal information to those with no need to know.

Depending on the information you need - perhaps another source would be helpful?? -less costly.
