In a letter Thomas Bird wrote to Geo Davis [in Labrador I suspect] dated 11 July, 1840 from [Poole, Dorest, England I suspect] he states, "I wrote your brother Charles a few days since..." What is significant here is that we now know that Geo had a brother Charles.
