Surnames: St(r)ickland/Morgan/Matthews
I have a Phoebe Stickland, daughter of William and Frances who was born in Burgeo on January 24, 1849. She eventually married Thomas Weller (Wheeler) and settled in the Bay Of Islands. I have a list of all her siblings complete with their birth dates that were taken from the family bible.
I also have a Fanny Morgan, daughter of Henry Edward and Fanny Morgan of Burgeo, who married Reuben Park of Mcivers Cove. Also there is a Jane MAtthews in my tree who married Ralph Brake of the Bay Of Islands. These women were supposedly native people or Micmac. If there is anyone with information on the Sticklands, Morgans, and MAtthews please contact me as I have a lot of info and am willing to share
