Hi.
My great grandmother Amelia Jane Pollett-Clarke married John A. Higdon and I was trying to find out who the first lady of his life was. I did find out a couple of years ago.
To add to the story, Amelia Jane Pollett was married to my Great-grandfather George Clarke , he died when my grandfather William John Clarke was three in Heart's Desire. After George died, Amelia moved to New Harbour and later married.
