This William Peddle, I have as the son of William Peddle and Maria Waldron (one of seven children) and the grandson of James Peddle and Sarah Unknown.

Mary Louisa Locke, one of at least eleven children of William Locke and Patience Churchill, was baptized 14 apr 1886 and died 4 feb 1955. She married William Peddle and following his death, married Abram Janes of Spaniard's Cove, son of Stephen Janes and Mary Clarke. Her marriage to Wm Peddle was on 24 Dec 1906.
