Hi Cliff,
Thanks for your message. This is one of the trickiest lines I've researched, absolutely! It seems that your Charles GREEN is the same person as my Charlie GREEN, yet mine was the father of Mary Frances 'Minnie' GREEN, not the brother. Mary Frances 'Minnie' GREEN (my great-grandmother) was the daughter of Charlie and his second wife Mary Louise AUCOIN... they were married 28 Nov 1885 in Sandy Point. Charlie was the son of Pierre PLEVERT and Marie-Louise LEJEUNE. I haven't been able to research any further back, for the line gets tricky at this generation... particularly the surname, which appears in records with many different spelling variations... PLUIVIER, PLEUVERT, PLUVERT, PLEVUT, etc. I do know that Pierre passed away before 1858, for his wife Marie-Louise AUCOIN appears as a widow in a document titled 'List of Destitute Families' for Bay St George written by H. H. Forrest and posted at the Newfoundland & Labrador GenWeb site. I do have more sketchy information on the siblings of Charlie. Please email me at Cwllmsgrpnc@aol.com if you're interested. I didn't realize that Charlie GREEN had married a 3rd time! Bye for now, Susan
