Hi Valerie,
I don't know if this is who you're looking for but...these MacIsaacs have ties to Moidart through John the Pioneer.
I found a John Archibald b. 1871 and died 1899 as son of Angus MacIsaac and Catherine Campbell.
Angus b. 1846 d. 1925, was the son of Donald MacIsaac and Mary MacFarlane.
Donald was the son of Archibald MacIsaac and Mary MacDougall.
Archibald was the son of John MacIsaac and Flora MacPherson.
John b. abt 1755 Moidart, and married twice....he is known as John the Pioneer.
Does this sound like it might be who you're looking for?
By the way I haven't found all my MacIsaacs or MacDonalds yet so don't be discouraged if this isn't right. You might fit into my family tree which would have MacIsaacs from Canna.
