Hi - glad to see more postings for the MacIsaacs. I've been trying for ages to find "someone" who has been able to identify my relative in their family tree - John (Archibald?) McIsaac - the son of Angus McIsaac and Kate Campbell of Grand River. He was married in 1895 and he and his wife Ann (Annie Young) show up in the census records of Clam Bank Cove . HOwever, in corresponding with other MacIsaac researchers, no one seems to have identified him as part of their tree. Does the fact that he seems to be from Grand River make him part of one distinct family of MacIsaac's who came from Moidart or Canna? Just thought I would add my two cents worth again -
