Could you please tell me the source of your information saying that the mother of Amos Park was Ellen, Robert's second wife? Amos died at Long Cove on 12 Dec 1936 at age 78. Thus he was born 1858. Although he was cohabiting with Ellen a nice while before their lay marriage in 1873 and church marriage in 1877, Amos seems to fit the earlier children from Robert's first marriage: Joseph 1848, Robert c1855, and I believe a Thomas c1857/58. Also, Ellen, unmarried, had Samuel in 1863 which leads me to believe that the cohabitation with Robert had not begun by that time. Have you ever heard who Robert's first wife was? I have had some fun trying to untangle the Park's :-)
