Yes, there are two Isaac Fultons and thank you for being so Precise.

I unfortunately do not have a copy of the book. I have contacted them about getting a copy, but to no avail. I am interested in knowing the latest update of the book.

I sincerely hope that someone is continuing the journey.

FYI, there is a yahoo group page started to share the Fulton lineage. The name of the group page is "Fultons of Nova Scotia". It has also been very helpful.
