I am casting my net again in search of connections between Booles in Nova Scotia who moved on into the USA (New york, Boston, San Francisco) as ship builders with the Mckay family. My ancestor George, who married a woman named Eleanor, and had 5 children-Emma, Stella, Frank, (my line), George, and Fred worked with a Thomas Boole-perhaps his uncle?in Boston in the 1850's. I have two brothers, William and George, born in Shelburne, Nova Scotia, in 1830's, by 1870-80 their families show up in San Francisco census...want to connect the dots with the John Boole, son of Francis, who married Albenia Boole.anything you have I would be thrilled to see.
