The only John McKinley I can find in the general area is in Hamilton , Northumberland County on 1851 census and is only about agricultural information.
No Elizabeth found.
I would think that if the three men are living together, the parents may be dead.

Moses' marriage is too early for registration.

Again, no luck with mother's name.

Robert is on 1881 census in Port Perry with wife Mahaley 48, and daughter Nellie, 18 b Ont. Ethnic - Irish.

Robert probably died between 1885-1889.
Cannot find a death registration for him.

Looks like Emily has remarried to a John Abbott, and has a daughter Flora 2. Also with them are Clarence D McKinley stepson 7 and Dora McKinley, stepdaughter, 6.
