I am stuck on my Scott line in 1777 in New York: My fifthe great grandfather was John Scott Sr. (1777) he was married to a woman named "Polley" (1778). They continued the name Polley with a daughter and at least one granddaughter. My family has gone back and forth to Canada throughout the 1700-present.
I would love to be able to move back another generation, don't know if were are scottish or irish.
please help me.
