James that was awesome!!!!

Margaret had a son named Coll? I found them in the cencus for 1854 in Arnprior. Coll would have been on his own by then.

Now, I have to track down Alexander. All I know is that his father was John. Alexander died approx. 1848/49 and his father died in 1850. John may have died at Scothouse?
My bloodline is from Alexander.

Samuel McDonald and Coll McDonald are they McDonnells? Alexander king of the 4 rivers had sons Samuel and Coll McDonnell/McDonell. They are within the same age of each other. What do you think? In the 1854 census Samuel is listed as a McDonnell. But that could have been a mistake. Thank you very much for what you have found!
