Looking for information regarding the family of Patrick McDonald born abt. 1822 in Ireland living in 1880 and 1900 in Bombay, Franklin Co., New York with his ?second wife Bridget. Patrick dies in 1904, but he and his wife raised Catherine b. 1872 -the daughter of ? McDonald and Bridget O'Brien.
I believe Patrick is one of the Glengarry McDonalds.
I also believe that he is Catherine's grandfather and one of his sons married Bridget Mary O'Brien born 1841 of Fort Covington and left the 2 children with relatives in the 1870s.
