Classification: Query
Surnames: Radcliffe
Can anyone tell me who lives on the above-noted concession.
It was originally owned by my GGrandfather, Thomas David Radcliffe, who died in 1887. His son and daughter who never married, James William Radcliffe and Ann Jane Radcliffe had the farm until they died and Ann Jane Radcliffe was the last to die and she died in 1955. I have heard that they took in a young boy by the names of James Mole and raised him and left him the farm. I doubt he would be alive now as he was about 14 when they took him in.

I am trying to find out if a Mole might still live there and if Ann Jane Radcliffe left any family papers, pictures, etc. I, too, am a Radcliffe and trying to do our Family Tree and have little information on the family. Letters, papers, etc. were mainly kept by the elderly and I feel they must be somewhere. Very few great grandchildren left in Ontario.

Thanks in advance. You may e-mail me, alberta@mb.sympatico.ca
