Surnames: Taylor, Girvin
I am researching John Taylor and his wife Elizabeth (Girvin) Taylor from County Down, Ireland, who emigrated to Canada ca1832. In the subject cemetery are two Taylor families: John 1802-1879, Eliza. 1809-1844 on one gravestone; John 1800-1878, Eliza 1804-1844 on the other gravestone. The death date of Eliza is the same day/month/year for both. The death date for John is the same month/day/but year is one year apart.
Is is possible that these two Taylor families are one of the same? Where are these two gravestones located in relationship to each other in this cemetery. I do realize that Taylor is/was a very common surname. I have strained in research identifying this line. Thank you in advance for any ideas on this.
